At R1 Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number for status updates.
